Submit Abstract
Submit your research abstract through the online portal. Abstract deadline is July 4, 2025 unless otherwise specified in your invitation.

Create Poster (Contributing Authors)
If accepted, create your poster presentation following the provided guidelines below. You must bring the physical poster to the venue.

Present at Symposium
Present your poster during the posters sessions at Georgia Tech Global Learning Center, Atlanta, GA.
4
Submit Full Paper (Optional)
After the symposium, submit your complete research paper by October 31, 2025 for publication on IEEE Xplore.

Authors Information
Contributing authors are those submitting through the general call and will make and transport a poster to the conference to present during poster sessions. Invited authors have been personally invited to give an oral presentation. Both authors are required to submit an abstract.
