General Submission Acceptance Notifications Released
We are pleased to announce that the decision notifications for general submissions to IEEE NVMTS 2025 have been sent to all contributing authors via email.
Please check your inbox and your spam or junk folder if you do not see the message.
If you are in general call and have not received a notification by July 28, 2025, please contact the organizing committee at info@nvmts2025.org with your paper title.

Notification of Acceptance to Be Released Soon
We would like to inform all authors that the acceptance notification for IEEE NVMTS 2025 has been slightly delayed as we finalize the review process.

We understand the importance of timely communication and sincerely appreciate your patience. The organizing committee is working diligently to ensure a fair and thorough evaluation of all submissions.

Abstract Submission Deadline Extended
We are pleased to announce that the abstract submission deadline for IEEE NVMTS 2025 has been extended to provide researchers with additional time to prepare their submissions.
Previous deadline: June 20, 2025
This extension allows more time for researchers to finalize their groundbreaking work in non-volatile memory technologies. We encourage all potential contributors to take advantage of this additional time to submit high-quality abstracts.

The official Call for Papers for IEEE NVMTS 2025 is now available! We invite researchers, academics, and industry professionals to submit their latest work in non-volatile memory technologies.
IEEE NVMTS 2025 welcomes contributions covering all aspects of non-volatile memory technology, including but not limited to device physics, materials science, circuit design, system architectures, and applications. This symposium provides an excellent platform for presenting cutting-edge research and fostering collaboration within the memory technology community.
