Introduction

Fascinating discoveries and technological advancements in recent years have paved the way for new and competitive non-volatile memory (NVM) designs. IEEE Non-Volatile Memory Technology Symposium (NVMTS) is the eminent forum for exchanging information on non-volatile memory and we aim to create an interactive environment for discussing the most critical aspects of advanced memory technologies that will benefit everyone involved in this field, from graduate students to seasoned industry researchers.


The 23rd NVMTS will be held on September 29th - October 1st, 2025, in Atlanta, USA. Dozens of invited representatives from all branches of memory technology in both industry and academia will present state-of-the-art research and provide critical insight into future challenges for both existing and emerging technology.
